Flybrary – Promoting Reading at Coimbatore International Airport

An airport is usually a place of movement – people arrive, depart, wait, and move on. Rotary Club of Coimbatore Global saw an opportunity to transform a small part of that waiting time into something more meaningful: the opportunity to pause, pick up a book and read.

In collaboration with Coimbatore International Airport, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Global entered into an MoU to support the Flybrary initiative through voluntary book donations. The initiative creates an accessible reading space for passengers, giving books a longer life while creating opportunities for reading and knowledge sharing.
