2nd Ann’s District Meet – Women’s Health & Diet

The 2nd Ann’s District Meet was held on 7 August 2026 at SNR College, bringing together Ann’s members for an engaging session centred on Women’s Wellness, Health and Diet.

Eight members from the Ann’s Club of Rotary Club of Coimbatore Global participated in the district meet, joining fellow Ann’s members for an important conversation on prioritising women’s physical and emotional well-being.

The session highlighted the importance of making informed choices about nutrition, healthy living and personal wellness. With the theme “Nourish. Empower. Thrive.”, the programme encouraged women to look beyond routine responsibilities and consciously make their own health a priority.

Goals: Promote nutrition and fitness literacy among women members.
