Rotary Youth Exchange Outbound Orientation Workshop 2026

As part of the preparation for this year’s Outbound Rotary Youth Exchange, Rotary Club of Coimbatore Global conducted a two-day orientation workshop for its outbound exchange students. With only two students participating, the sessions were designed as highly interactive and personalised preparation for their exchange journey. Day 1 focused on preparing the students not just to travel, but to represent Rotary, India and the district as young ambassadors. The session covered Rotary Youth Exchange expectations and the ambassador role, communication and presentation skills, cultural adaptation and host family life, and managing homesickness and building resilience.

Goals: Prepare outbound exchange students to represent Rotary as young ambassadors.
